Welcome to WorkFive ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible at workfive.org. WorkFive is an independent, clinical-grade personality assessment tool powered by JobMentis.

We believe that your psychological data belongs to you. That is why we have built WorkFive from the ground up to be 100% anonymous. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share your name to use our services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the anonymous data generated when you take the WorkFive assessment.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

WorkFive.org is designed to operate without collecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We do not ask for or collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your physical address
  • Passwords or payment info

2. Information We DO Collect

We collect anonymous data strictly to provide the service:

  • Assessment Data: Raw answers to the 120-question IPIP-NEO assessment.
  • Psychometric Scores: Calculated scores across 5 domains and 30 facets.
  • The Claim Code: A randomly generated 10-digit alphanumeric code.
  • Standard Web Analytics: Basic non-identifying technical info (browser, device).

3. How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery

To generate your instant personality profile and display it on your screen.

Career Matching

To map traits against occupational databases to suggest career matches.

Optimization

To generate resume keywords and interview strategies.

R&D

To improve psychometric algorithms using aggregated, de-identified data.

4. The Claim Code & JobMentis Integration

Because we do not collect your email address, your generated Claim Code is the only way to retrieve your assessment results once you close your browser.

If you choose to import: your data will be transferred to JobMentis and permanently linked to your account.
If you do NOT import: results remain completely anonymous, accessible only via your 10-digit code.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your assessment data. Sharing occurs only with JobMentis (upon choice), trusted cloud providers (Supabase/Vercel), or if required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement Row Level Security (RLS) on our databases and encryption in transit to protect your anonymous data.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

To delete your anonymous data: Create a free JobMentis.com account, import your Claim Code to verify ownership, and use the "Delete Assessment Profile" button. This is the only way to verify ownership of anonymous records.

8. Cookies

We use minimal local storage for test session management. No third-party tracking cookies for advertising.

9. Policy Changes

Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
